Welcome to our first private residential investigation, We were asked by an investigator's family member to carry out an investigation at their property.               

This is also H.P.G.S first indoor investigation. H.P.G.S have no knowledge of the history of the house & will be following up a video interview with the owners to reveal the history & how it concludes to what we found out, now the investigation is over.

We began at 9pm at our undisclosed property in the seaside town of Hornsea. After completing our baseline tests. We  moved onto setting trigger objects in a spare bedroom upstairs & in the hall way. We used flour in the hallway & we set flour & a small ball on the floor upstairs in the bedroom.  

We began by doing a seance in the lounge area. While carrying out this vigil Becca revealed a small boy called Thomas & a gentleman named David. 

Gordon, the owner of the house also being a Medium,picked these people up as well. This is all information we found out during this vigil.

After a short while we felt the need to move on to a different room so we decided to forward to the kitchen, where here we had many paranormal encounters.  We moved into a circle & held hands then we began to call out.  Here we asked for members of the team to be affected by any spirits present & we received a good response. 

Kayleigh felt cold drafts of wind so she moved positions in the circle & then her eyes started to be affected with uncontrollable blinking & she also felt something touch her arm, Rob.J was affected with scratching on his right shin & right foot & many others felt unsettled.

After completing this vigil we had a small break & checked the hallway trigger object. I was amazed to find we had encountered a small finger print in the flour. We have this on video which can be found at the bottom of the page.

I was keen to find out who the little boy called Thomas was & also the gentleman called David so we decided to head back into the lounge to carry out another vigil to try & find out more information. 

This time we carried out a vigil called "glass spinning",  we came across another spirit which again came to us in the name of David so we named them David 1 (Discovered in this vigil). & David 2 (The spirit from our 1st vigil). We discovered that David 1 was in fact the brother of our guest. David 2 we discovered was known to the owner of the residents but no other information was discovered.   

We decided at this point to finish this vigil due to some upset caused by the information received. 

We decided to head upstairs to the spare bedroom, we entered the room & instantly the whole group felt on edge, we quickly gathered in a circle for a seance. On calling for a spirit to show themselves, Richard mentioned that he saw a shadow along the wall. we continued & asked the spirit to make a noise or to touch someone. At this point kayleigh's eyes started to flicker & blink uncontrollably like earlier in the evening, Kayleigh started to panic a little so Becca asked the spirit to touch her shoulder or anyone else, suddenly the owner stated that her eyes had started to stream with tears.

We decided to bring a small ball into the centre of the circle & then we asked the spirit to move the ball, it never did this but a few light anomalies appeared on the floor. Becca asked the spirit if it could knock or tap on the wall in which we got a few sounds.

Rob then asked it to affect someone in the room & instantly Becca fell onto the floor, panic spread between the group & Becca had to quickly leave the room. We decided to finish in this room & head back downstairs. After another small break we decided to carry out 2 vigils at the same time, one in the lounge & one in the hallway.          

Gordon took kayleigh, Rich & Rob.J. to do "glass spinning" in the lounge,  while Becca, James & myself set up "Automatic Writing" in the hallway. We had Paul filming us while observing was the owner & our guest, Jean.

At the beginning of the vigil "Automatic Writing", We came across a Lady but unfortunately didn't receive much more information as the spirit suddenly went away.Just before the spirit left us, we got a picture drawn in which Becca stated that it looked like an arrow.         I curiously wanted to know if Gordon had just had a Lady come into their vigil believing it could maybe of left us to go to them.

Unbelievably that is exactly what had happened,I had gone through to the other vigil & asked them if they had just received a spirit but not mentioning male or female. Strangely Gordon replied Female. 

Was it just a coincidence??                                                                                               Did the spirit really leave us to go to through to them!!

After this, James joined us for extra energy & Becca revealed the little boy was communicating with us. We managed to receive his first initial & his age written for us.

 The pictures of the images we got from Thomas are displayed below because the night vision camera did not pick up the images  due to being in felt tip pen.

The video of the investigation is below after the pictures. One week later I carried out an after - investigation interview with the owners to see how things were going. The interview video can be found near the bottom of the page.

Welcome back to the seaside village of Hornsea, We revisited a private house to undertake a second investigation with our new medium & new members who hadn't investigated at this house before.

We began the investigation at 8pm in the spare bedroom, we entered the room & instantly the whole group felt on edge, just like the last investigation here. We formed a circle holding hands & started calling out for any spirits to come forward. All of a sudden we started seeing bright lights around the room.

We continued calling out & everyone could physically see these beams of light going around in rings across the ceiling. We were in complete darkness & everyone had there hands held. We were all amazed, We then asked for some loud taps  but unfortunately we didn't get any. We did however keep getting these lights going around the ceiling everytime we called out.

Corrine then started swaying & mentioned that she felt unwell & sick. She made us aware of a Spirit called Edward in this room which was affecting her. Corrine started to feel dizzy & had to leave the room, very similar to what our last medium experienced!!

After a short break, Corrine returned to the room & we called out again. This time Corrine felt a small boy was present with us in the room & shortly afterwards Corrine came through with his name & age..... Thomas aged 4. 

It was amazing that Corrine picked up on this spirit.....Our last Medium also picked up on the age & name of this child. Corrine mentioned that the child was afraid of this spirit named Edward. While carrying out this vigil, all the team witnessed a change in temperature & the lights on the ceiling.

We moved location after completing that vigil. We formed a circle in the living room to start our second vigil, Corrine picked up that Edward had entered the room & was leaning against the fireplace. We were about to begin the vigil when the owner of the property got my attention to confirm that a relative named Edward used to lean up against the fireplace & had a photo to confirm it!!

Corrine also picked up on some plates hung up on the wall, she mentioned that a female spirit often rattled the plates..... Again, it was confirmed by the owner that the plates had rattled before with no-one near them.

We began to call out when Corrine & Kayleigh mentioned seeing a cat go across the room, we continued for a short period of time before getting a table out to proceed with glass spinning. While some of the team did the glass spinning, Corrine & Rich went back to the upstairs bedroom to carry out a vigil.

Everything was up & running with Corrine & Rich getting some activity upstairs while the rest were communicating with Spirits on the board. I was particapating with the vigil in the living room & we had the door slightly open. We had complete darkness all around the house & all of a sudden the downstairs hallway light came on directly through from the living room. We couldnt believe it, I went out to check & no-one was there..... Corrine & Rich were upstairs calling out.

I joined back in on the vigil & we asked for it to happen again but unfortunately we didn't get anything. I left the downstairs vigil to join Rich & Corrine upstairs. They had just heard a loud bang come from near the sofa & Corrine believed it was Edward. We started calling out for him to do something else, All of a sudden something hit me on the head.....It was corrine's pendulum - it had being thrown out of her hands.

We decided to go downstairs to join the rest of the group. It was agreed that Thomas was wanting to be helped so we formed a circle & through a strict guidance from Corrine. Thomas was guided to the light. A very unique experience to witness for a first time, I think the rest will agree!!

A fantastic night & some good results.

Hull Paranormal Ghost Society were called in to investigate after reports of several different atmospheric feelings around the home, after things moving out of place & visitors saying there's something in the house.

The property owner requested confirmation that Spirits were around & that one spirit inpaticular: - her brother whos ashes were location in her bedroom,was with her. 

Hull Paranormal Ghost Society with respect moved in for one night to give her the help she had requested. The investigation began at 10pm with our baseline testing... The living room & upstairs bedroom read 24.3oC

Our first vigil began with us in the living room calling out .As we sat in total darkness the main light started to flicker,Sara & the owner started to feel a weight over-come them, as if someone was sitting on them.While this happend they felt a temperature change. As we began to finish calling out Judy started feeling emotional & also mentioned that her thumb was hurting ...the owner at that point stopped us to mention that she gets a pain in her thumb quite often. This could be just a coincidence but also to mention that during this vigil the owner called out requesting a dvd to be moved: Judy had already panned the camera around to that area before the owner called out..... we found this quite extrodinary as if judy was picking up what the owner was about to say or do.

We choose to continue for a few more minutes...Judy then noticed a light form on the ceiling, at this time the emf meter beeped. We also tried the dowsing rods: these crossed & uncrossed when requsted. Unfortunetly there was no temperature change throughout this vigil although we did feel we had a presence with us...we finished our this vigil at 11pm.

We now moved upstairs to start our 2nd vigil using the ouiga board.Sara remained downstairs for the 1st half of this vigil.On the board, a spirit came through called "Will" he told us he was aged 8 & injured. Earlier on before we started, Sara had wrote down "William aged 9 with head injury" onto a piece of paper & passed it to me.                                           With me only knowing this information i decided to ask for more imformation related to the injury...the board spelt "fell" & "head"... how fasinating!!

At this point i went down to confirm these details with Sara...she now handed me another piece of paper with "Will Hawks aged 8" & "Andy Hawks aged 9" written on it, also earlier in the evening the names "Andy,Alan & Jennifer known has Jenny" were written on pieces of paper & were handed to me by the investigators: the time was 12am, at this point these names hadn't come through.

Sara & myself rejoined the board... Williams surname was then discovered to be "Hike"...how fasinating a very similar surname to what Sara had picked up downstairs.I then asked the owner if any of these names meant anything??   The owner told me her aunty was called Jennifer but liked to be known has jenny. we continued with the board for a short while before taking a break. Andy & Alan still remained a mystery.

1am Sara & myself went upstairs to try scrying while Sue, Judy & the owner stayed downstairs to call out... flickers of light were seen in the living room & in the bedroom, Sara felt uneasy with seeing different formations in the mirror... we finished the full investigation at 2:10am.
